After contact has been established with the Right Point of Contact (RPC), we engage in a conversation where the purpose is to find our if the RPC has an interest or need for the product or service we are offering.
After giving an introduction of the product we are offering we structure our conversation using methods from SPIN® selling. We use a scientific approach to assure the quality and keep improving our performance.
Those potential customers who are not interested in engaging in a conversation with us when we call them are offered an information pack. The information pack will be sent and handled by our integrated Email marketing system. Through predefined rules our Email marketing system will automatically determine which of these leads is worth calling back in order to qualify further.
